The future of recovery today

✅ Autologous Exosomes

Exosomes are small biological particles that carry information between cells. They act as mediators of cellular communication and play a key role in tissue health and recovery.

🔹 Benefits:

    • Improved recovery: Accelerates cell regeneration, reducing healing time.

    • Pain relief: reduces inflammation and discomfort

  • Greater safety: By using the patient's own exosomes, the risk of rejection or adverse reactions is very low.

Medical fields where autologous exosomes are applied

  • Gynecology: vulvar lichen sclerosus, vulvovaginal atrophy, genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GMS), pelvic floor regeneration.
  • Traumatology and rheumatology: muscle tears, treatment of tendon and ligament injuries, inflammation relief, and joint and cartilage recovery.
  • Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine: facial rejuvenation and skin repair.
  • Trichology: Hair regeneration. Androgenic alopecia.
  •

How does the MCT system work?

The MCT System uses electromagnetic and thermal energy to stimulate the release of autologous exosomes (from your own body) precisely and effectively. This enhances regenerative effects, improving the efficacy of treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma).

Advantages of the MCT system

    • Increases the release of growth factors: these factors play a fundamental role in tissue repair, promoting angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels) and accelerating cell regeneration

    • Thermal and electromagnetic stimulation: Promotes the release and activation of autologous exosomes, ensuring that the treatment is more effective and targeted to the areas that need it most.

    • Lower PRP density and less pain: Processed PRP is less dense, facilitating infiltration and reducing pain during and after application. Furthermore, by regulating clot formation, post-treatment discomfort is minimized, ensuring a more comfortable experience for the patient.

    • Reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines: improving the regenerative response and promoting a cellular environment conducive to healing, reducing inflammation and accelerating recovery.

    • Significant increase in ATP production: The MCT system increases the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which boosts cell regeneration and improves the energy metabolism of affected cells, promoting more efficient and rapid regeneration of damaged tissues.

The Procedure

    • 1. Collection of a blood sample from the patient. This blood is rich in platelets, from which proteins and growth factors are obtained, which will be treated using the MCT system to release autologous exosomes.

    • 2. The extracted sample is subjected to photothermobiostimulation in the MCT system, that is, thermal and electromagnetic energy are used to enhance the release of autologous exosomes, ensuring a high concentration of growth factors in the resulting PRP.

    • 3. PRP enriched with autologous exosomes is infiltrated into the affected area of the patient, a minimally invasive procedure, and aims to activate cellular and tissue regeneration, promoting rapid healing and improved function of the treated area.
